WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
Returns and exchanges of goods are possible within 14 days of receiving the product. The goods cannot bear signs of use. The seal must remain intact (if the product has one). You also need a receipt or invoice.
The customer who withdraws from the Sales Agreement bears only the costs of returning the product to the Seller.
The fourteen-day period during which the Consumer may withdraw from the Agreement is counted from the day on which the Consumer took possession of the Product.
The right to withdraw from a distance contract is not entitled to the Customer in the case of a Sales Agreement that concerns a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the Customer's specification or serving to satisfy his individual needs.
The right to withdraw from the contract is available to both the Seller and the Customer in the event of failure by one of the parties to the contract to perform its obligations within a strictly defined period.
Returned Goods should be sent back to the following address: Saffa Marta Szafraniec, pl. Oddziałów Młodzieży Powstańskiej 2/5, 40-061 Katowice, with the attached return form.
The Customer may inform the Seller about the withdrawal from the contract in advance via e-mail to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org
Money for the returned Goods will be refunded within 14 days via the platform from which the transfer was made or by bank transfer to the account indicated in the return form.
Individual products such as engraved products, hand-made rings, non-standard patterns and lengths of necklaces and chains cannot be returned or exchanged.
